omg i am so pissed, as of this morning i weigh: 136.5 lbs/ 62 kgs! that is so unfair, i've been working out really hard everday! ok maybe it isnt totally unfair since i had pizza 2 days ago and pancakes yesterday :( but i thought the excessive working out would compensate for it. im 2 pounds more then i started grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
i think i worked ok today, i did 2 miles on the treadmill and i did 40 minutes of pilates.
and at first i ate pretty good as well, at first all i ate was:
Oatmeal 168 calories
green beans 40
a banana 10
half a glass of skimmed milk guessing 47 calories
a pear 60
a handful of golden grahams guessing 50 calories
1 low calorie digestive cookie 60
intially that was supposed to be my food for the whole day, had that been so then i would have eaten around 435 but i burnt around 400 calories, so i would have taken in....bum bum bum....35 CALORIES!
omg i wish i worked the total number of calories before, maybe then i wouldnt have started craving food...because then...
come 7.30pm and i was craving food really bad. i dont know why! so i had...
1 alpen bar 75 calories
1 toblerone triangle chocolate thing (only 2 piece) guessing...70 calories maybe?
2 corn thins with a slice of turkey ham in between guessing 100 calories,
and then...bum bum bum....
double fudge ice cream, i think the amount i ate would have been around 250 (omg i am so stupid why did i have to eat that!)
so then the total amount of calories today is: 930-400=530.
i guess thats not that bad, but i could have done without the icecream, digestive cookie, toblerone and the golden grahams, plus by the time i ate the ice cream it was around 8.30 at night, which is too late to be eating something like ice cream.
im really trying to lose 10 pounds in like 10 days. talk about wishful thinking.
on the bright side i drank 2 liters of water 2day, yay!
thinspo time!
so here is some exercise thinspo to get you in the mood to work out, especially if you're REALLY not in the mood.
i know that loads of people say this but : force yourself to workout because you will feel SO MUCH better afterwards.
so go work out, even if you dont want to, just because you don't want to go exercise doesn't mean that it's a valid excuse to not exercise. force yourself on the treadmill (or whatever else you do) and try to ignore the negative thoughts your thinking. no one said you had to like working out, i certainly don't, but the end result is worth it!!
so yeah, go work your butt off and get off the computer.
but first....EXERCISE THINSPO TIME!
